Cemerlang Dairy is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in Pademangan. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities.,Represent the company at local events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and practices.
