📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Puskesmas, including patient care, medical services, and administrative tasks.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to healthcare.,Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Manage the facility's budget and resources, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.,Coordinate with other healthcare providers and organizations to ensure continuity of care for patients.,Implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the Puskesmas.,Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a professional and compassionate manner.,Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in the healthcare field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare facility.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare laws, regulations, and guidelines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using medical software and technology.,Familiarity with healthcare management principles and practices.,Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
