You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure that we bring in the best candidates for the job. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure that we bring in the best candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends to the HR management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure that we are always one step ahead.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
