Town Life Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Badung, Bali. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.,Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth operation of HR functions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
