🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using operational management software,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
