📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision, and translate these into design solutions.,Oversee the work of junior designers and ensure they adhere to our design standards and guidelines.,Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.,Source and manage materials, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring they are of high quality and meet project requirements.,Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering interior design projects.,Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.,Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards in Bali.,Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations within Bali as needed.
