📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.,Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and event schedules.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of banquet services.,Assist in preparing and presenting banquet menus, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients, addressing their needs and concerns.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and service details.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are clean and ready for the next event.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in banquet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in banquet services or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culture is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
