📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain food and beverage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure the restaurant adheres to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving team performance.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
