CAST Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Area Manager to join our team in Jember, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Area Manager to achieve our company's goals and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and supervise the team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the branch's performance and profitability.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates to the Area Manager on the branch's performance.,Any other duties as assigned by the Area Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Any other relevant qualifications or experience.
