📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and development.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial responsibilities are met.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.,Strong understanding of HR policies and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian.
