📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial recording, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in managing financial operations.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
