In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory management process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing wastage. You will also be instrumental in implementing and maintaining robust compliance protocols, ensuring that all operations align with local and international regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire inventory management process, including procurement, storage, and distribution, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Implement and maintain robust compliance protocols to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Leverage inventory management software like SAP or Oracle to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on inventory management and compliance procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory management software like SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in inventory management or compliance (e.g., CPIM, CIPA) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
