Your daily tasks will involve greeting guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, providing information about resort amenities and local attractions, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and contributing to the overall guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel at home.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including greeting areas, lobbies, and public spaces.
• Contribute to the overall guest satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with special events and promotions, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.
• Uphold the resort's standards of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic hospitality software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
