📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Oversee HR documentation, including employee records and compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR processes align with business goals.
• Manage office administration tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
• Support the HR Manager in strategic HR initiatives and projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
