📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in operations.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the safety and security of the company and its employees.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational plans and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
