📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead HR initiatives and projects.
  • Provide HR consulting and advice to management.
  • Represent the company at HR-related events and forums.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Certification in HR management is a plus.
