CV Cempaka Indah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team of lab technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.,Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards.,Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses, including but not limited to microbiological, chemical, and physical tests.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols.,Provide technical support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in laboratory techniques.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of lab technicians.,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety and quality control procedures.,Proficiency in relevant laboratory software and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid certification in relevant laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
