In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments.,Manage the accounting team and delegate tasks effectively.,Handle vendor and customer payments and invoicing.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of accounting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
