📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to specifications.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Maintain and update production records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Implement and enforce safety procedures in the production area.,Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of production strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Must be willing to travel for business purposes.
