📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues.,Monitor and report on sales and financial performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Experience with POS systems and financial management software is a plus.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Portuguese is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
