PT Sejahtera Sinar Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Klaten, Jawa Tengah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for quality service and food. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local regulations and health and safety standards.
