📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and hardware.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of desktop systems.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of desktop systems.
  • Work with the IT team to implement and maintain desktop infrastructure.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
  • Participate in on-call duties and provide after-hours support as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and software.
  • Experience with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
  • Experience with network protocols and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
