You will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.,Manage the reception area, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling mail.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests and visitors.,Provide information about the company, its services, and facilities to clients and visitors.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience for all.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including handling waste disposal and restocking supplies.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and breaking down event spaces.,Support the front office team with administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with front office software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage a high volume of inquiries.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.,Professional appearance and demeanor.,Valid SIM card and ability to commute to the Bontang office.
