Oversee and manage daily ship operations and maintenance activities,Coordinate with port authorities, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations,Monitor and maintain ship safety and compliance with international maritime regulations,Lead and mentor junior ship operators and crew members,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards,Manage and maintain ship records and documentation,Represent the company in maritime industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Ship Operator in the maritime industry,Professional maritime certification (e.g., Master Mariner, Chief Officer, etc.),Strong knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with maritime software and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
