📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Creating detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Preparing accurate cost estimates for project proposals
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
• Reviewing and revising drawings and estimates based on client feedback and project needs
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Maintaining and organizing project files and records
• Assisting in the preparation of project documentation and reports
• Providing technical support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical drafting and cost estimation
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
