📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Work in collaboration with project teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to the maintenance team.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and post-shift checks on equipment.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials at job sites.
• Participate in training and certification programs to stay updated on industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Heavy Equipment Operator with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience operating excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Knowledge of municipal infrastructure projects and construction techniques.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and job site environments.
