As an Export-Import Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain efficiency. You'll be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of international shipments, from documentation and customs clearance to tracking and delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage the entire export-import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics planning.
• Leverage ERP systems like SAP or Oracle to track and manage shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to customs clearance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Stay up-to-date with international trade laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
• Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on export-import activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other key stakeholders.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in export-import operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations, with a proven track record in managing international shipments.
• Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs regulations, and logistics best practices.
• Proficient in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for logistics and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of other languages such as Mandarin or Arabic would be an added advantage.
• Certification in logistics management or international trade would be a plus.
