📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with educational standards.
• Implement and manage e-learning platforms such as Moodle and Blackboard.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to continuously improve e-learning programs.
• Provide training and support to instructors and learners on the use of e-learning tools and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning to incorporate innovative solutions into our programs.
• Evaluate and select third-party e-learning tools and resources to enhance our offerings.
• Work with the marketing team to promote and market our e-learning solutions to educational institutions and learners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning development and implementation.
• Proven expertise in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Captivate Prime.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in e-learning or instructional design is a plus.
