📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable glass, aluminum, and UPVC solutions.
• Showcase and demonstrate our products to potential customers.
• Provide expert advice and technical support to customers throughout the sales process.
• Process orders and manage inventory using our in-house software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and network with industry professionals.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
• Strong knowledge of glass, aluminum, and UPVC products, materials, and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
