📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation using our in-house Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in the billing and insurance processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality.
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient service and administration.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (CPC) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus.
