📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Monee's business objectives and vision.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute people initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
• Lead change management projects, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing adoption of new processes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Work closely with department heads to implement HR initiatives that support business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR strategy and transformation.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leadership on people-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR strategy and transformation, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, including Workday, BambooHR, and other HRIS systems.
• Certification in HR strategy and transformation, such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and driving organizational excellence.
• Familiarity with the fintech industry and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
