- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
- Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and operate gelato machines to ensure high-quality product
- Restock and organize food and beverage supplies
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining the dining area
- Uphold Xuegaodian Inc's standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Promote Xuegaodian Inc's products and specials to customers
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 1-2 years of experience in food service, preferably in a gelato or dessert-focused environment
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Basic knowledge of gelato making and equipment operation
- Clean, neat appearance and professional grooming
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs
