HRD Officer - Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development

Mitrabangun.Id is a rapidly growing company in Semarang, and we're looking for an experienced HRD Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for talent acquisition and organizational development, helping us build strong HR systems and high-performing teams as we expand our operations across multiple branches.

You'll use your expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development to attract, recruit, and develop top talent, ensuring that we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and make hiring decisions.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources to succeed.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters and partners to source top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and recruitment software, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
