Maintenance & Engineering Manager - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Imfarmind Pharmaceutical Industry is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead the seamless, efficient, and compliant operations of our manufacturing utilities and facilities in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. As the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and maintenance technicians, developing and implementing maintenance strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. You will work closely with the production team to identify and address operational issues, and collaborate with the procurement department to source and manage spare parts and equipment. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 10,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per bulan and the chance to make a significant impact on the company's operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of production equipment and facilities.
• Manage a team of engineers and maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
• Work closely with the production team to identify and address operational issues.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to source and manage spare parts and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance and engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of engineers and maintenance technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
